Al Dente Duluth sits on Breckinridge Blvd, inside a family entertainment center. It is the louder, quicker of our two rooms: the place for a pizza between games, a weeknight dinner with the kids or a table of friends who all want something different.

The kitchen runs from the same recipe book as Hoschton. The dough is pressed to order, the pasta is rolled in house and the sauces are cooked down slow, so what reaches the table was made for that table.

Pizza, pasta, shawarma and wings share one menu, which means nobody has to talk anybody into the restaurant. Eat in, or order online and pick it up on your way home.
