About us
Al Dente started as one counter and a stack of pizza boxes. We roll the pasta, press the dough to order and cook the sauces down slow. Nothing on the line came out of a bag.
Two dining rooms in Georgia, Duluth and Hoschton, run from the same recipe book. Pizza, pasta, shawarma and wings share the menu, so the table never has to agree. Pull up a chair.
